本项目拟探讨复合污染下代谢干扰物与目标毒物的联合效应及其机制。根据实验要求，对CD1小鼠进行代谢干扰物与目标毒物联合灌胃（代谢干扰物10mg/kg体重，目标毒物1, 10, 20, 50mg/kg体重）。在实验过程中收集尿液，并在实验结束时，异氟烷麻醉后吸入二氧化碳处死，收集血液和胃、肝脏、肠道等器官。血液和尿液用于代谢产物及DNA损伤标志物分析，器官用于组织病变观察。 The objective of this experiment is to investigate the combined effect of metabolic disruptor and target toxicant, as well as the underlying mechanism. According to the experiment requirement, different concentrations of metabolic disruptor (10mg/kg body weight) and target toxicant (1, 10, 20 and 50 mg/kg body weight) will be given to CD1 mouse by gavage. The urine will be collected during the experiment. At the end of the experiment, the mice will be executed by CO2 inhalation after anesthesia and the whole blood, stomach, liver and intestinal tract tissues will be collected. The urine and whole blood will be used for the analysis of metabolites and DNA damage biomarkers of target toxicant. 2、拟实验时间：
请填写预期项目通过后，未来开展实验的时间段，勿早于申请日期，进驻日期需在申请日期一周后，申请基金的申请表，按照预计时间填写。
3、实验人员必须有江苏省实验动物专业技能培训记录卡编号，需要填写。无证人员关注实验动物中心考证通知。
4、编号由东南大学实验动物中心分配并填写，表格所有填写内容请用签字笔填写或电脑打印(签名处除外)。项目负责人、执行人及合作单位负责人均需在声明人签字栏签字。所有涉及到动物实验的课题，均需办理伦理审查手续。原则上在实验开始两周前办理。
5、动物麻醉处死方式：
a.实验涉及麻醉的，请按照实际情况填写麻醉剂名称和剂量（水合氯醛不符合动物福利伦理要求，请勿使用）；
b.处死方式参考如下：√为建议使用之方法；×为不建议使用之方法；△需说明理由并经动物实验管理委员会审核通过后可使用之方法。请根据实际情况选择合适的处死方式填写至审查表中，备注：颈椎脱位必须为熟练人员方可使用，否则不予批准。

10、申请课题及实验开展之前均可使用此表。实验动物伦理委员会有权利在实验过程中对动物伦理执行情况进行抽查，严重违反伦理制度的实验，会强制性终止实验并收回此表。
